Tom Caron
Tom is a nonprofit leadership professional and corporate social responsibility expert with over 15 years of experience. He is a proud AmeriCorps alum and he holds an MBA from Antioch University and is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy. His success in team-based environments focuses on customer service, donor stewardship, community engagement, and impact-driven outcomes.

ReGina Newkirk Rucci
ReGina has over 20 years of experience raising funds in the nonprofit sector as a grantwriter, major gifts officer, director of development, and executive director. She holds a BFA from New York University, a master’s degree in communications with a concentration in public relations from the University of Tennessee, and a Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University.
